Distillers located in the historic Victorian district, and probably the only place in Toronto that makes aquavit. Look out for their limited series distillations.

Get the distillery tour, learn how it's made and how they made it work in the small square footage! Wonderful dry jokes and a super friendly tour guide who happens to be a key member! Order beautifully crafted cocktails after and take a seat in a cozy chair or at a bar table and flip through some of the cocktail/liquor literature on hand. Gorgeous area to walk around after, don't forget to take a sophisticated bottle home!
