You can see the whole city if you get to the top. You can always choose to have a drink or dinner in the Miralto restaurant, instead of going to the terrace.

Great view on the city don't go to Mirador (expensive) but go to the bar (1 level below, for less money you have the same view and a drink)

El resto del espacio de oficinas en la torre se ofrecía en alquiler. Al momento de su terminación La Torre Latinoamericana era el edificio más alto de Latinoamérica. Su mirador público, ubicado en el piso 44 ofrece a la gente la mejor vista de la ciudad. The Latin American Tower was completed at the beginning of 1956, being officially inaugurated on April 30 of the same year, and this is how the company moved to La Torre, on floors 4 to 8. The rest of the office space in the tower was offered for rent. At the time of its completion, La Torre Latinoamericana was the tallest building in Latin America. Its public viewpoint, located on the 44th floor, offers people the best view of the city.
