Un meraviglioso sito Archeologico ancora intatto!! Le meraviglie tramandate nei millenni a pochi passi da Signora Minù!! A wonderful archaeological site still intact !! The wonders handed down over the millennia a few steps from Signora Minù !! "The construction of the amphitheater dates back to the Imperial Age (1st-2nd century AD) and, adapting to the natural sinkhole, is superimposed on the wall structures delimiting the lacus. The building has a maximum size of 85 x 70 m, with the major axis oriented in the north-west / south-east direction, while the arena measures 50 x 35 m; the cavea has a thickness of 17.30 m and could accommodate almost 8,000 spectators..."
