The award-winning fish tacos at Gringas Grub Shak! It is regularly cited as one of the best fish tacos, and people travel from all over just to sample these tacos from a food truck. The perfect lunch between swimming!

Gringa's is our favorite food truck in Wimberley. Don't miss the fish tacos or the cheese burger with grilled onions. Add curly fries. We can't promise that it won't contribute to your heart attack, but you're on vacation, right?!
