They are usually the cheapest, but you must take a copy of your Declarations Page from your car insurance. This is not the stub you carry in your car, but your actual breakdown of what coverage you have. They will not accept the stub as proof and will try to force you to use their insurance.

Keep in mind, I do have a car for rent if you need. If not, here is a rental company just outside the airport.
