In Mercado Ignacio Ramírez. Our friends, Angélica and Raúl, make the best food with carnitas (shredded pork) that they cook fresh daily. Carnitas quesadillas, carnitas tacos, carnitas tostadas. And torta ahogadas. Everything very flavorful. Only open Saturday and Sunday (and some Fridays).
