another spring-fed pool- much smaller than Barton springs...go here when Barton springs is closed for weekly cleaning, usually on Thursdays! Then after swim, walk up the road to Pool Bar for a burger and rum cocktails!

Deep Eddy swimming used to be .50 cents admissions for the day. Not sure the prices now, but the water is sure to be refreshing and there are tall pecan trees to provide shade from the sun. There is also a playground nearby, and the hike and bike trail is also right next to the pool so if you want, you can go for a run and then cool off at the swimming pool for the day.
