It looks weird on the outside, but step inside. It's a modern art museum, with the best view of paris on the top floor.
If there is a line, you can bypass it by taking the elevator directly to the restaurant on the top floor, Georges. You can enjoy the view for free. The exhibits in the basement are also free.
