Beautiful location with well laid out walking paths and plenty of open grassy areas. Not overly manicured and that helps it appear natural and fell casual

The park have a lot of history and a more wilderness setting compare to most of the other parks in the area. Interesting area includes Robert Holland Interpretive Centre, George Forster House, Community Allotment Garden and the original farmhouse and barn (York Region's oldest designated buildings).
