The ultimate in secret, secret spots. If you are traveling to the North shore for beautiful beaches and big waves stop off in Wahiawa and try the homemade noodles of Shige's Saimin stand. Saimin noodles are egg noodles in a clear broth. Their burgers are great too. Order a Saimin and a cheeseburger for the ultimate combo.
