Why locals recommend it
Go to this Brooklyn rock bar for Night Train, a weekly comedy show hosted by Wyatt Cenac that manages to never run out of fresh, funny talent. Well worth the $5, it always has a diverse lineup. And you’ll never know what big-time comic will drop in for a set—past drop ins include Chris Rock and Mike Birbiglia. Many NYC comedy shows have a two-drink minimum, but Littlefield doesn’t, so use that money on the fun night ahead!
Tips from locals
Great venue for music, comedy, various. Check they’re schedule. Always something going on.
Check out the monthly Punderdome, pun competition (like Who's Line is It Anyway/improv, but with puns!)
Another warehouse-to-rock-club conversion has taken place at Littlefield, where in addition to regular Monday comedy nights and album-release parties, art shows are on exhibit. Newer still, on the tin
Home to PUNDERDOME 3000 an awesome pun competition hosted by Jo Firestone -- Check online for details -- or something else that Jo is hosting -- she is so funny and awesome.
