Working spot for creative industry. Bike rental + guided tours. Nice roof garden, sometimes also dinner on the roof!

Initially a squatted office building is now at the center of a small cultural revolution that represents the crisis years. At the ground floor there are design shops, bars and caffes. On top of the building there is a roof garden and a caffe where you can take lunch.
