It seems strenge to try Sapporo Style Ramen here in Kyushu. But I realy recommend this Yufu Ramen Restaurant for lunch. Hokkaido born owner offers traditional ramen. They offer typical Japanese Ramen in 3 styles Shoyu(soi sauce),Miso & Shio(salt).
