This is classic Hollywood. So classic in fact, that it's said that the ghost of Marilyn Monroe continues to haunt this hotel, the site of the very first Academy Awards ceremony that was held in 1929, was a dinner, wasn't broadcasted anywhere, and featured a dinner. Chicken was served. Today the hotel remains as Hollywood's oldest. It's pool side bungalows can be quite scenery. The burger joint on the ground floor is a great place to grab a bite too.
