Hammam Bleu is a magical place which takes you back in time to the antique ritual of the Arab baths, helping you regain your natural balance through bathing, steam and massage. Once you have entered Hammam Bleu, your journey begins in the tepidarium, a magical, cosy corner where body and mind come together in the sweet warmth of the room, so that tension melts away and you are ready for the temperature of the next room. This is the hot, humid calidarium, the heart of the journey, where steam warms and embraces the body, allowing it to free itself of impurities, toxins and stress. Then there is an alternation between steam baths and “sensory showers” with multiple jets and atomized water.....
