Sebilj is wooden kiosk-like public fountain in the center of Baščaršija square build in 1753. A legend says: "Whoever drinks water from any of Sarajevo’s fountains and spouts will come to Sarajevo”.

The Sebilj is a kiosk-shaped public wooden and stone fountain in the center of Baščaršija. It is a perfect place to take a photo, feed the pigeons or just drink some cold, fresh water :)

Great pigeon square with water fountain. Place you can feed pigeons, tahe million pictures and drink water. Legent says that whomever dring water from Bascarsija - one always returns to Sarajevo
