If you pull into the 1st parking spot you can go down a burm and be on the beach in 50 steps. It's a short walk down the beach to the fisherman's pier and the restaurant up top has swinging picnic tables with the best view in town. Make sure to hydrate.

Very friendly locals, pet friendly before 10am and after 6pm. Beach is closed sunset to sunrise. Has clear calm water, and cool trees to hang hammocks. Close to a 24hr fishing pier and restaurants. Just 13 miles from Phoenix On Bain, but will take about 25-30 minutes to reach due to route.
