National Trust Lacock Abbey and Fox Talbot museum - where photography was born. The abbey has been the backdrop for numerous films and tv dramas, too numerous to mention them all! A super day out.

Very pretty National Trust village with an Abbey and a country house with monastic roots, once home to William Henry Fox Talbot, inventor of the photographic negative. The Abbey and village have been used as film and TV locations including the Harry Potter films.
