The running of The Refectory cafe has recently been taken over by our favourite artisan bakery 'Bread Source', making it especially nice for us and a regular stopping off point on our visits to the city… but it's the beautiful contemporary architecture, which compliments the limestone structures of the Cathedral and many of the buildings around The Close that adds a sense of awe. It also feels such a calm and restful place, a welcome contrast to the bustle of the city.
