Kaiseki means Japanese traditional full-course meal. ( It used to mean small amount of cuisine excludes meat and centers on a vegetable diet.) It’s known as expensive meal nowadays so we locals barely eat Kaiseki. If you want to have, Reservation is required beforehand so let me know.
