This sedate bar is at less than 5 min by car of Casa Valia and it occupies the entire 15th floor of the Meliá Santiago hotel. There are stunning views in all directions through the wraparound windows, and there's even an open-air catwalk around the outside of the bar for fresh air-viewing and romantic interludes.
