The Botanical Gardens is great for nature walks. There's also a nice park across the street with a playground and a trolley train that is fun to take kids on!

The main gardens are free to the public (for now, anyway!) and The Japanese Gardens are well worth the $5 admission. All the gardens are lovely year round. What a beautiful place to get your steps in! Please not: you are welcome to bring a blanket and picnic, however, sport equipment (balls, frisbees, etc. are not allowed.
