Fourteen features the best view of Detroit from Windsor. The lounge and sky bar is located on the 14th floor of the CIBC building downtown and offers a 180 degree panoramic view of the river and downtown Detroit. TIP: Fourteen is a great place to grab an app and a cocktail before going for dinner at another location downtown.
