There are numerous routes around Malham Tarn to suit all abilities. The views are stunning. Spring and Autumn are the best times to look for rare birds on passage - although rarities can turn up at any time. There are also a pair of resident peregrine falcons.

Just outside the village of Malham, the village also has a couple of pubs, ice cream etc

Malham Tarn is about a 40 minute drive from us. There is a lovely 4 mile(approx) circular walk which takes you along part of the tarn shore.

Malham Tarn in a glacial lake near the village of Malham. It is one of only eight upland alkaline lakes in Europe.
