From their beginnings as a scrap business in 1934, Capital Iron has maintained its unique charm. Over the past 80 years the store has evolved into a true General Store for the modern consumer. If you need it, chances are Capital Iron will have it!

Local department store. 5 floors. Everything from hardware to housewares to fabric and camping gear and garden supplies and antiques. A true general store from an era before Big Boxes.

Victoria's coolest General Store only 4 minutes away. Hungry, a smokey stand is usually serving up food at the front door.

If you need anything from cooking supplies to sleeping bags, Capital Iron has you covered. It's a Victoria staple and worth a visit even if you are not in need of anything in particular.
