Situé au fond de la Conche du Mimbeau, le jour idéal pour une petite dégustation en amoureux ou en famille est lorsque la marrée haute tombe le soir. La conche est alors remplie d'eau et le couché de soleil sur la dune du Pyla est un moment dont on ne se lasse pas. Réservation obligatoire pour une table au bord de l'eau !”
