A fairly small park with a statute & fountain commemorating a national hero and the first governor of east Java. It is right in the city centre. You can walk through on the way to or from the Surabaya Tourist Information Centre. A meeting point for local families especially over the weekend. Don't forget a bottle of water on a warm day.
