Falling knife is one of the newer breweries in Minneapolis. Opening in Summer 2019, this brewery opened to rave reviews from Twin Cities beer fans, and the owners already have plans to begin their owning canning process. Get to this soon, and you can say you caught the Falling Knife before it was cool!
