Miller Outdoor Theatre might be one of the best reasons to visit (and live in!) Houston. From March through November, visitors could enjoy a range of performances including classical music, ballet, dance, film, Shakespeare and more -- all FREE! This theater, set inside Hermann Park, also allows patrons to BYOB (no glass containers, please!), so pack a picnic and settle in for the show.

Check their website or facebook page to see what is going on. It's free. Lots of interesting events. You can bring your own food and drink (think picnic) or buy stuff there. There are reserved seats available under the pavilion or general seating on the lawn.
