Els Clots de Sant Julià is a stone quarry in the middle of a forest, on the former Empúries Road, between Canapost and Vulpellac, and has a very ancient origin. Strolling through it in silence, among the holes made by the hand of men thousands of years ago and being able to touch the walls where there are still the markers of the last stone makers who worked there is an un-describable, almost mystical sensation.
