Not only is the park on the doorstep with all that happens in it but one of the oldest and yet newest music venue's in Glasgow has now been reopended in the park. Every summer a series of events and concerts are held and enjoyed by many at the bandstand. Of course The Hydro and SEC are also near by as is the Stand Comedy Club, Cotters Theatre, The Oran Mor and so much more.

Restored to its former glory, this charming open-air venue is situated in the West End of the city in the picturesque Kelvingrove Park, adjacent to the Glasgow University Campus and close to the renowned Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
Refurbished a few years ago, it brings some nice concerts, usually in August. Worth checking out if weather is nice. Look on the web for programme
