If you wish to hike in a tropical forest and have a chance to see rare plants and animals, the Black River Gorges National Park is an ideal place for hiking. This gorges is quite challenging but very rewarding.

The Black River Gorges is a very famous site for adventurers and lovers of nature and hiking. I myself am a lover of nature and trail runner and used to spent most of my weekend running around this huge natural park. So if you are an adventurer of just curious to check out some nature spot then I definitely recommend this place. We can also hook you up to some of our friends who are used to go on those type of trips and they'll be more than happy to have you with them and help you make the most out of the experience :)

If you like hike you have to visit the national park. Here you will find trails of varying difficulty, in a certain season (February-March) wild guava in a large number (it is very tasty). You can find more information about the park on the website: govmu org
