For a great hike with a waterfall at the end, head over to Crockett Gardens. It's about a 6 mile hike round trip and is pretty moderate. Make sure you have your hikinh boots, it gets pretty muddy after a nice rain!

Crockett Gardens Falls is a 7.6 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Georgetown, Texas that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and mountain biking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
