Location: Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park, Vernon Features: Fine White Sand Beach, Picnic Tables, Outhouses, Hiking Trails Cosens Bay Beach is a lovely beach on Kalamalka Lake, inside the boundaries of Kalamalka Provincial Park. This beach is accessible by trail (hiking or bicycle) or by boat. A sandy beach with lots of room to find a place for the day, but be aware, many boaters come to this beach by way of the lake.

Nice hike through Kalamalka Park to this semi-secluded beach

This is an incredible beach if you don't mind the hike into it. Probably a good 1/2 hour walk or a short bike ride. You would park at the gate and walk thru the meadows down to a beach that doesn't see a whole lot of people. Well worth the hike down but bring a lunch, drinks, and your bathing suit.
