There are a few of these in Haarlem but the Overveen one is super cute with a great ambience. They also do home delivery which is great if you want to stay in

Delicious pizzas, fine wines and of course a scroppino. You eat the pizza on the terrace, in the restaurant or home. 1 minute walk!
