Definitely go for a walk across the street in this park during sunrise or sunset! Get there early to secure the best bench. Beautiful year round! Try not to step off of the boardwalk/trail as it is a marshland. Great place to have a picnic or enjoy your Togo meal!

This restored 7.5-acre wetland has a boardwalk, benches, a pond, a beautiful trail, a sculpture garden. It is located 3 blocks from downtown on E. Castle Street. It can also be accessed by walking from 522 Spruce Street to the intersection of Spruce and Alma and turning left. The Library is on the right about 300' and the trail is just behind the library. It's a level and very comfortable walk with beautiful views. See www/siskiyoulandtrust.org for more information

Short walk to a restored wetlands meadow. Meandering boardwalk give a look at how Mt Shasta was before civilization. Spectacular views of the mountain.

you will feel like you are in the middle of the wilderness, even though you are a block from downtown. With 360 views including Mt. Shasta, Black Butte & Mt Eddy, this planked trail is fully accessible, with plenty of spots to sit & test and take it all in!
