Public drinking in Estonia is forbidden by law expect in only one place in Estonia - Pirogov Park (located just behind the Main Square). It was made for university students, police is patrolling and guarding the park and interrupts when needed. Unique spot.

Local oasis to the restriction of drinking in public places. Great socializing area for young in the spring/summertime. You can buy alcohol from the shops at 10-22.
