One of Singapore’s most famous wanton (dumpling) noodles, their winning element is very likely that secret sauce that they pour all over their springy egg noodles! Forget the dry sad, char siew that comes with it, just order extra Deep-Fried Wantons which are extremely crisp and light, you’ll be popping ‘em like there’s no tomorrow!
