NISHIYA HONTEN (UDON RESTAURANT) If you are after traditional Japanese Udon, look no further! Nishiya Honten is one of the best Udon restaurants at a very reasonable price. The interior is very traditional and the staff all wear Kimonos. The Wagyu Shabu Shabu course is highly recommended for those who want to taste the best of both traditional Udon and the famous Wagyu Beef of Japan.
