Tips from locals
It's a cool place of the neighborhood. Café, restaurant and bar with live music. They have nice "petiscos".
Modern take on Portuguese food. Including a nice contemporary vegan selection. Check the music program too (djs, concerts, ...)
Damas is not only a restaurant but a great place to dance when you don't want to go to the city centre. There are dJs every Saturday night.
Interesting place to try a variation from traditional Portuguese food. Modern dishes, plenty of vegetarian options, trendy setting. Younger crowd. In the weekend they run club nights and gigs with well knows artists.
A very relaxed place to eat a meal, drink something and dance during the night.

“Inaugurated in 2012 at Largo do Intendente, it operates as a cultural association, concert hall, bar and restaurant. It played a key role in the requalification of the Quartermaster, an area hitherto completely excluded from the nightfall scripts. It is housed in an old mansion, which was also the Figueiró dos Vinhos District House and has a regular program of concerts and parties. At the end of 2016, the Independent House also extended to the Upper Floor, as they called it. On the second floor, since then, there is another bar/concert hall, with one of the best balconies in Lisbon (overlooking the famous courtyard of Casa Independent). The upstairs can also be rented for private parties.”

“It is considered the second largest green space in Lisbon, about 2 hectares, with public access to the historical areas. It has a kiosk, which is a cheap and lovely way to have a coffee or a drink. The park is also very popular with locals around sunset, who bring their own drinks and hang around. This park was developed by a recent project linking the two neighbourhoods Mouraria and Graça. It contains a central lawn with three belvederes, a picnic area, an orchard, a playground and a kiosk with a terrace.”
