Open from 12:00p.m - The extensive gourmet salad bar featuring soups, a variety of salads, sushi, tuna, paella, and international cheeses is enough to satisfy a hungry patron on its own. However, we recommend you save room to sample the choice cuts of beef, lamb, buffalo, pork and quail presented on a Brazilian rotisserie sword by the jovial and attentive wait staff.
