It is located on the main upper street. It is a small French bistro with great staff and ambience. The food is also great just be prepared that in Francesca you will have mostly sweet and sour combination. For example: lamb in plum sauce or something like that. But everything on the menu is delicious and you can always ask the waiter for a recommendation. I would recommend: Black seafood risotto, duck breast in fig sauce, grilled lamb chops in a honey sauce and of course surlice with shrimp sauce.
