In the silence of the countryside, a nice cottage located 1.5 hours from Paris and 45 minutes from Deauville, in a small village 2 km from the Abbey of Bec Hellouin. Countryside mixing Norman groves, large green forest and agricultural land. Located 15 minutes from the Château du Champ de Bataille, but also 30 minutes from Rouen, a magnificent medieval city, not to mention Pont Audemer, 20 minutes away, and its restaurants Risle River, historical sites, 11th century village and most beautiful village in France.

Come and enjoy a quiet stay in the heart of a pretty little Normandy village 10 minutes from the A28. The MonPetitPiaf gîte is a bucolic place, full of charm, you can have lunch to the sound of the stream water that flows at the foot of the house. Perhaps you prefer one of the restaurants in Bec Hellouin, a neighboring village, or why not in Honfleur, located 45 minutes away. Bike rides (greenway nearby), hiking, canoeing, horseback riding are among the many leisure activities offered by our beautiful valley.

Location: 1.5 hours from Paris, 1 hour from the Côte Fleurie, Brionne train station 600 m Small independent house on my property comprising on the ground floor kitchenette area with dining table, sofa bed (2-seater), and toilet. Upstairs bathroom and one bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190. The staircase to the upstairs is steep so it can be difficult for the elderly. The accommodation has garden chairs to enjoy the small outdoor area in front of the accommodation. I live next to the accommodation...

A short walk to the state forest and adjoining the fields, you will enjoy the Normandy countryside and its calm just 7 km from the A13 highway. The accommodation is a typical Norman house with country decor, set in a large flowery and wooded garden, you benefit from an independent entrance and a private garden, your neighbors will be our chickens and cats. All the comforts for 4 people. A desk and Wi-Fi throughout the house to combine relaxation and remote work.

Located in the heart of the charming historic village of Bec Hellouin and less than 100 meters from its abbey, this small 27 m2 apartment is nestled under the roofs of a typical house in the region. Private parking, Wi-Fi, a flat screen offering more than 200 French and foreign channels as well as access to Netflix are at your disposal free of charge. PLEASE NOTE, the access staircase may not be suitable for people with mobility issues (see photos).
