Ideally located in the heart of the Normandy countryside, our new house will offer you calm and peace during your tourist getaways in our beautiful region. 1 hour from the beaches of Deauville, 1.5 hours from the gates of Paris, 30 minutes from Rouen and 40 minutes from Evreux, our accommodation will allow you to explore the thousand and one wonders of Normandy. Our house has two small bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, a bright living room and a new equipped kitchen. The garden is not yet enclosed.

Maison du meunier for a stay in absolute calm!

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

1.5 hours from Paris, this carefully renovated former priory welcomes you for a comfortable stay. A 30 m2 living room and its atypical well-equipped kitchen. Inside you can have fun with the dartboard, foosball table and many board games. Upstairs you will discover 3 spacious bedrooms and on the 2nd floor a large bedroom that will delight older children and that can be transformed into a dormitory if necessary. The house has two terraces with its furniture.

Entire house, adjoining mine where I live alone with a child, on a fenced and wooded plot of 6000 m2 crossed by a stream. Quietly located in the countryside and a 10-minute walk to the city center of Brionne (all shops and market twice a week) and the train station. Great walks, GR, forests are accessible on foot, and greenways for bicycles nearby (possibility of making bicycles available). Fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden are regularly available.

Spacious rooms, large dining room that can accommodate 13 guests. The house was completely restored in 2020 to accommodate you in the best conditions. Our goal is for you to feel at home at La Maison des Jonquerets.

This recently renovated outbuilding is located in our typical Normandy educational farm. You can enjoy the presence of animals, a large garden with games for children, a pretty village 5 minutes from the Risle Valley or the Eure Valley to stroll by the water or in the forest.
