Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Thessalia

The apartment is small and dated, but that was expected from the photos and price. The bathroom was well above the normal standard ( newly renovated) and this makes all the difference with a great shower. The location is fabulous with a very short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, so no need for a car. The view from the balcony was also spectacular. We would definitely recommend Niki’s apartments and hope to be back in the future - a fabulous holiday in the best location 👌

Sehr schön gelegenes Apartment gleich am Meer in sehr ruhiger und wunderschöner Lage mit gemütlicher Terrasse. Sandstrände und kleine Orte sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten superschnell erreichbar. Außerdem täglich „fahrende Händler“ mit Backwaren, Obst und Gemüse. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter, unaufdringlicher und kinderfreundlicher Gastgeber. Toller Grillplatz. Ausstattung des Apartments ist einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend und in gutem Zustand/sauber. Haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können das Olive House nur weiter empfehlen!

Perfect location in the centre of Pefkochori with countless bars, shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and is perfect for a 4 person stay. It comes with all the kitchen equipment you need and has a spacious balcony to relax on. The cleaning ladies are very nice and service the apartment (if needed) every 2-3 days. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Me and a few friends spent a whole week at Giannis's place, mid-August (Kokkos Brothers Apartments). It was our first Greek experience, but I can safely say we really got the most out of Halkidiki, primarily due to his suggestions, tips & recommendations. First off, the neighborhood is perfectly placed in a quite area, so the loud & agitated Kallithea evenings won't affect your sleep. The accommodation is still close to the center (2-3 mins walk) & the beach (5 mins walk). KOKKOS BROTHERS Apartments have a nice patio with a freshly cut lawn, outside tables & chairs where you can have a nice breakfast alongside your travel buddies. I have absolutely nothing to criticize regarding the accommodation & amenities. Everything was spot on! There is also a grill which Giannis provided for us. We had a really nice barbecue on one of the final nights. To finalize I have to give Giannis 5 ***** when it comes to the hospitality part. We also helped out with some personal problems we had with our car.

An amazing place to stay. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Yiannis was very friendly anf helpful and helped us with anything we needed! Thankyou so much and I would reccomended anyone to stay here.

We like to stay at Alexandros house. The place is placed in a nice location with beautiful souroundings. The beach is very close and you can find grocery and restaurants on foot. Just be advised, if you came here with a baby you have to climb a hill (up to 15 grade) so a (rented) car is a must.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό κι σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία. Μεγάλοι χώροι και άνετα δωμάτια. Σίγουρα το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Alloggiati presso Dajon dal 5 al 14 agosto 2024 con famiglia. Accoglienza impeccabile e molto gradevole. Appartamento pulito, dotato di qualsiasi comfort e situato in una posizione strategica. Dajon, infatti, si trova a 5 minuti in macchina dall’aereoporto, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Skiathos, con le peculiarità di avere di fronte un supermarket molto fornito e la fermata dell’autobus che ti permette di raggiungere le maggiori spiagge dell’isola. Un particolare ringraziamento a Julie che sin dal primo istante si è dimostrata una persona empatica, molto professionale e attenta a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo 👍👍👍

Wir waren für 17 Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Olga war jederzeit zu gut zu erreichen und hat jede Anmerkung direkt umgesetzt. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir können Kripis Studio definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Nice place. Very fair for the price. The gist was very responsive and helpful. Exactly like the photos. Went for a two day trip and everything went as planned.

Yani & Effie are great and helpful, the rooms are perfect as seen in the photos, comfortable and they keep it super clean. We enjoyed this private place near vineyards a lot. Quite easy to access to nearby beaches by driving. There is nothing around to disrupt your comfort. Also the sky is great to watch at nights, so many stars 🌟 Absolutely recommended 👍🏼

Fantastic stay! So beautiful being able to look over the port and an easy walk into town. Loved the breakfast each morning too!

We absolutely loved staying here. George and Magda kindly upgraded us to an excellent room as it was the very end of the season. We had almost exclusive use of the swimming pool which was amazing!! We really appreciated having the BBQ area to cook in. Brilliant views. Great location 10 mins walk from main town. Very clean. Friendly and communicative hosts. We very much hope to return. Thank you!!
