The house is located in a secluded plot surrounded by woodland and with amazing views over the countryside. It has comfy beds, a modern kitchen with everything you need, a gas BBQ, a huge deck with outdoor seating and of course the lovely heated swimming pool. It is truly peaceful yet within an easy drive of Montignac with its supermarkets and riverside eateries. Saint Amand de Coly is a great base for exploring the Dordogne by car, with lots to see, visit and do within just half an hour’s drive and more further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super property.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans ce magnifique logement. Le logement était propre, luxueux et répondait à toutes nos attentes. L'environnement est magnifique, paisible et naturel et convient parfaitement à une famille. La piscine était fantastique, tout comme la vue sur la vallée. C'était un plaisir de regarder le soleil se coucher tous les jours depuis la piscine ou le balcon. Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin dans la maison pour passer des vacances reposantes est là. Jessyca était très sympathique et répondait rapidement aux questions. Nous nous sommes bien amusés et nous pouvons recommander un séjour à tout le monde.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Mia. Le logement était très propre et fidèle à la description. Le cadre est apaisant et permet une totale déconnexion. Mia est une hôte très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Absolutely beautiful property in such a beautiful peaceful location. Although the building was traditional the inside was so modern large and well equipped. Stephane very good to respond to messages. Flexible check in, our flight was delayed but he was there for our late check in. The outside space was gorgeous. Lovely clean pool. Would definitely recommend this property

Friends, some people have good experiences through airbnb, and some have out of this world incredible. Ours was insanely magical and out of this world!! We’ve never stayed at an airbnb quite like this! Laurence’s airbnb is situated in the countryside. It was clean, looked just like the pictures, served us breakfast in the garden each day with homemade jellies, and scrambled eggs + fresh coffee. She helped with instructions and she went out of her way to make us feel at home. Additionally, we had our own in-ground pool to soak up the 90 degree sun in. The only issue we had was ‘mapping’ the location through vehicle gps (which was entirely not her fault). The setting was so idyllic that I only hope we can return one day. Lastly, we got to meet and bond with her 3-month old puppy Leah. She has my heart. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you SO much Laurence

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Magali. Accueil très flexible et chaleureux, la maison est vraiment une pépite dans cette région très bien entretenue, équipée, piscine et jardin sans vis à vis, mise à disposition de jeux… tout pour passer du bon temps ! Et le vrai plus : une salle de bain et un toilette par chambre. Merci pour ce beau séjour apprécié des grands et des petits

Pool is about 8m long & 1.25m deep and was perfect for us in the warm weather, while the stone building keeps cool during the day. Secluded rear courtyard with umbrella is nice for outdoor meals. 10 minutes drive to the nearest town, so a car is essential. One (nice) restaurant within walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raphael’s cottage, it had everything that was needed. The location was perfect to do day trips, ours included many over the 5 days there. It wasn’t the warmest weather during our stay so it was chilly at night, I would suggest paying the extra for heating, I only noticed this availability the day before we left so didn’t bother to include it. Fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. Super accueil d’Alexandre dès notre arrivée et pour le départ, accueillent souriant dynamique. Le logement impeccable et correspond parfaitement aux photos. Super bien placé grotte de Lascaux et commerce à pied, rue super calme. Super week-end en famille passé chez Alexandre et Tiphaine. Je recommande sans hésitation.

C'était un super séjour. Très bonne situation de la maison dans un village calme mais proche de tous les sites intéressants du Périgord. bonne communication avec le propriétaire. séjour recommandé. Nos chiens ont également beaucoup apprécié le jardin. merci beaucoup

Incroyable séjour, idéalement placé à côté de zone commerciales, quartier tranquille et beaucoup de verdure. La décoration parfaite la salle de bain de même avec une terrasse offrant une vue sur le coucher du soleil.

Une très jolie petite maison, avec de très beaux espaces et de belles chambres. Situation parfaite pour ce faire un long week end en Dordogne, à 30 min de plusieurs beaux sites: grottes, châteaux, descente en canoë sur la Dordogne ou sur la Vezege. village troglodytique. Centre ville à proximité Sylvie est disponible et sympathique. Je recommande pour une petite famille. 😉

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Virginie et Fred. Un très chouette accueil, des hôtes aux petits soins tout en étant très discrets. Un véritable havre de paix où nous nous sommes ressourcés en famille. Les enfants ont particulièrement profité du magnifique jardin et du poulailler. L'occasion pour nous de découvrir la Corrèze dans de magnifiques conditions. Merci à toute cette charmante famille.

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet village. Le Centenaire restaurant was walkable and provided good food and drink. Loved the farmhouse table in the kitchen and we spent many meals there or on the deck table. Many hot air balloons over the deck in the evenings. Kitchen was very well stocked for in home food preparation. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Super sted. Så hyggeligt og fredfyldt. Christine er utrolig sød og imødekommende, mange fine turforslag og hjælp Stort plus med privat jacuzzi Området er utroligt smukt. Og der er så meget at se. Kan varmt anbefales.

Hôtes et location parfaits, un environnement paisible et reposant. Florence et Fred sont très accueillant et reste disponiblent pour donner de très bon conseil en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, cette location... l'essayer c'est l'adopter.

Sehr schöne Tage in La Greze verbracht. Nur wenige Fahrminuten von Sarlat. Absolut ruhige Lage, perfekt eingerichtete Küche.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces quelques jours dans le logement de Colette, parfaitement situé pour les amoureux de la nature !

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.
