Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Please note: this is a remote rental. Small cottage of about 20m2, in the forest, 50 m below the owners house. No vis-à-vis, surrounded by nature. Kitchen/dining area, bedroom and bathroom. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private path (so no car passage around at all) There is a 30 m2 closed kennel.
