The Lily Cottage Guesthouse

Tuck up in a thoughtfully renovated 1950s one bedroom cottage, perfect for a solo or a couples Catskill getaway! Situated in a quiet hamlet, nights in are lit by starlight and serenaded by peepers. Perfectly hemmed in by the Ashokan Reservoir, hiking, and the rail trail. The interior features a mix of vintage furnishings along with modern comforts. Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Located about 1 hour from NYC you will find peace and serenity in the middle of nature on this 4 acre estate (that also contains our main home) where you can get away from it all. unwind this way or visit local attractions like Thunder Ridge Ski Mountain, snowshoe/ X Country skiing, hike/bike/running trails, restaurants and local cafe's. Great oasis to kick back and spend time with family.

Windy Top Cottage ~ A Romantic "European" Getaway

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!

The East Street Cabin

This adorable cabin is your perfect escape for rest and relaxation. This is a perfect place for people coming to the Berkshires for Tanglewood or any of the other wonderful things the area has to offer. The cabin is located down a path through the woods about 100 yards from the main house. We are excited to share our cabin with you.
