We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Sun Outdoors Texas Hill Country Studio Cottage

This studio-style cottage rental is furnished with a queen size bed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. Other amenities include linens, air conditioning, TV, a private bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Outside is a covered front porch with chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table so you can relax and enjoy the Texas sunshine. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

Enjoy stunning views and nature all around. Ideal for up to 4 adults/teens maximum (5 guests for groups with children 12 & under). The property is just minutes from the lake and famous Guadalupe River tubing, River Road, Whitewater Amphitheater, restaurants, bars, and a grocery store. It's also close to Gruene, New Braunfels (Comal River), Wimberley, and San Marcos. It's also great base for day trips to Austin, San Antonio, and Fredericksburg. *No pets allowed.

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.

25 minutes from downtown San Antonio and the Alamo. Easy access with self check-in. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing country atmosphere.
