Perfectly situated , 2km from Sancerre and 1 km fron Chavignol, an old house entirely renovated for 6 persons. Huge garden of more than 1200 m2 with a lot of fruit trees. Quiet of the countryside in the heart of a village and at the feet of vines. Garden furniture and barbecue. Huge kitchen with dining area upstairs. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.
